Pastor Rob and Wendy Cochrane came to The Church of the Open Bible in July of 1999. Previous to that they lived in Vanderhoof, B.C., where Rob pastored at the Gospel Chapel for almost fifteen years. Rob and Wendy have four children; Sheri-Lee, Stephen, Paul and Raelyn.
Pastor Rob and Wendy met at Briercrest Bible College, from which they both graduated, and were married in 1985 in Vanderhoof. Local and foreign missions have always been a part of their lives, with both of them serving with Canadian Sunday School Missions summer camps, and Wendy having been on short term missions trips to both the Philippines and Ireland.
The Church of the Open Bible continues to experience consistent, steady growth under the guidance and care of a strong leadership team. The plurality of leadership, friendly atmosphere and emphasis on God's Word, make serving Christ and worshiping Him together a highlight of our week.
